When you register, we collect your sign-in identity, name, surname, cellphone number, physical address and the profile details you provide. We also store listings, uploaded files, payment records and administrative history to operate the marketplace.
Your display name or business name, general location, active listings and chosen profile photo can be public. Your full address is private by default. Phone, email and WhatsApp options are controlled in your profile. Payment proofs are available only to you and authorised administrators.
We use information to manage accounts, publish listings, review advertising payments and respond to support requests. Access controls protect private records. Uploaded images are stored to display profiles and listings. The site uses external image hosting for demonstration photos. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and secure session cookies keep you signed in.
We record sign-ins, page visits and key actions such as listing changes, uploads and payments so administrators can manage the platform. Activity logs do not contain your password or the contents of private payment documents.
You can edit your profile, remove your profile photo, change public contact preferences and archive your listings. Contact the administrator through the Contact page to request account access, correction or deletion. Payment records may be retained for transaction and accounting obligations.
Saved listing preferences are stored on your device. Secure, HttpOnly cookies maintain your signed-in session. A recovery code may be stored briefly in this browser tab after signup so you can save it privately from your dashboard.
